At Sole To Soul Footwear, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the footwear you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Label and Ship

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
